great view over the lagoon. the staff are helpful, everyone. even the rangiroa airport was not so far. if you visit ile aux recifs, just 15 minutes walk, maitai is a good option to stop over.

Just beside the ocean, this hotel is a relaxing escape. The spacious bungalows, and amazing sunset views from the pool. The local dishes offered unique flavors, contrasting the usual hotel fare. Just remember, the tap water isn't safe-bring your own bottled water from the nearby supermarket!

Maitai Rangiroa offers fine views of the lagoon and beautifully maintained grounds. The snorkeling experience is really good, nice for easy observation of marine life. The staff is attentive and ensures a pleasant dining experience with friendly service and delicious local cuisine.

Wi-Fi connectivity is poor in the rooms, and the prices for food and drinks are quite high.

We were left alone for over 25 minutes after being seated, and it took forever just to get the menu. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches in the restaurant, and my meal gave me severe stomach problems that lasted for over a day.

The views from our Large Bungalow with Garden View were beautiful. Every morning was a treat, waking up to the glistening ocean right outside! I loved splashing around in the infinity pool while taking in the amazing sunsets at the dock each night.
